DUDE9.COM Overseas Delivery Service allows its customers to place their orders outside of South Korea.
You can simply track your order via EMS tracking service (HERE) with your 13-digit delivery number.
How could I know my order has been accepted?
After your order has been made, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail.
For a safe delivery, your order will be dispatched once your order details (credit card, address, and contact number, etc) have been verified.
Can I cancel or change my order?
DUDE9.COM is glad to accpet change or cancellation.
You can request an order chane or cancellation before your order has been packed and/or shipped.
After being shipped, your order cannot be cancelled or changed.
Please understand that DUDE9.COM does not accept returns from abroad because of inconvenience of overseas delivery.
When will I be charged?
DUDE9.COM uses PayPal, the worldwide online payment system, for every order its customers make.
Once your payment is made, you will be charged immediately.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped.
Please be aware of your bank or card issuer before you make your order so that your order will be processed right away.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
All shipments are processed by EMS. Please kindly understand that above shipping fee policy will only be applied to certain countries.
For others, shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on each regions and weight of each parcels.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
When you check the navigation bar on the right side of the site. there is "DELIVERY" menu on the second.
When you click it, EMS tracking service window will pop-up so you can simply track your order with your 13-digit tracking number.
When can I expect to receive the goods?
All shipping services used by DUDE9.COM provide a tracking number and full insurance.
Available items will be shipped in 2~5 business days (Mon~Fri) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. You can check estimated transit time HERE
DUDE9.COM shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions,
international custom issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of DUDE9.COM.Please note: It might take longer than the usual delivery time in Russia due to strict customs authorities on import shipments.

Can DUDE9.COM ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Can DUDE9.COM ship to more than one address in a single order?
We can ship one order to one address. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order,
please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses to a different country.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Please note that import duty and local taxes might be differently imposed depending on your region.
The shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.
This my delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

What if the package is not delievered or is delivered to wrong place?
According to the policy, in case the package is failed to deliever due to customer's fault (Wrong phone number, address, lack of address infromation, etc),
package would be returned to Korea and all the charges will be your responsibility.
