Lug boots, the main signature boots of Bottega, the hottest brand in recent years. This is a popular item that is being carried over every season. There are a variety of variations based on this boots, but the most basic and elegant one is the lug line.
It’s a magical item that can be worn regardless of gender and the season, giving you a trendy mood in any kind of look with coats or shorts.
As soon as you see it, you’ll be surprised by its sturdy leather and stretchy shape, and if you try it on, you’ll be surprised that it goes well with everything, and about its quality. It’s a product that keeps the style straight with a sleek ankle line that contrasts with the unique round last.
It’s not only good to match with wide pants, but also looks beautiful with denim or baggy trouser in around your ankle length. The front and back handles hold the bottom of the pants and finish them sharply, it creates a nice look with the natural wrinkles.
As you’ll see it when you actually receive the product, the process was not simple and especially the shoe sole making process, was almost impossible domestically. I think it’s hard to find a product with this high level of completeness. Of course, for the design as well, it wouldn’t be easy to find boots that go beyond this product at the moment.
The heels are really high, so it’s good to wear as an ultimate item, and it helps you look taller. I recommend this item with confidence, to have this as a must-have item for a trendy look.
PRODUCTION NOTES
Cowhide of a kip type leather was used. It’s leather with a luxurious shrunken texture. Cow drum dyed was used for the insole, so it has excellent sweat absorption and ventilation.
The band imported from Italy was used, a high-end accessory that is more than 20 cm wide.
The outsole is a double-sole design that was raised with two layers of primarily molded outsole and another outsole after that. Its height is over 5 cm.
Expensive sole, as almost a price of some shoes, was used.
The process was manufactured with a cemented construction method, and the edge coating method made this product in a high-quality condition.

EXCHANGE
1. Requirements:
1) An item is eligible for cancellation/exchange if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return/exchange(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.
**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within 7 days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone. After being approved, you must return your items within 14 days.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.*We know that arrival date depends on countries so you don't need to worry about the arrival of your return; we accept any return which is sent within 14 days from their approved date.
*Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
3) We do not accept return/exchange(s) if:
-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
4) If there is a missing item from your order:
*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
